Akbar Momin was born on 13 November 1957 into a humble farming family in the renowned Matrugaya Tirtha Siddhpur of Gujarat. From an early age, his passion for painting drove him to pursue and refine his hobby. Impressed by his talent, his teacher encouraged him to venture to Mumbai. Putting his faith in this advice, Akbar Momin embarked on a journey to Mumbai, facing numerous challenges in the world of painting. Despite his persistent efforts, the level of success he aspired to eluded him. Consequently, Momin decided to switch his focus to another artistic pursuit – sculpture – in which he achieved considerable success.
Currently leading a retired life, Akbar Momin has rekindled his passion for painting over the past five years. With dedication and perseverance, he has made gradual strides in his artistic journey. Recently, he ventured into the realm of 3-D painting, starting with remarkable portraits of the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. These creations garnered immense appreciation on social media platforms. Subsequently, he crafted a 3-D masterpiece featuring Lord Shri Ram and the devoted Hanumanji, setting new records for viral content on social media platforms.
It is worth noting that Akbar Momin is not a professional artist by trade, yet his unique talent in the realm of 3-D painting has earned him widespread admiration from the online community. He stands as a distinctive figure in India, being the sole artist specializing in 3-D painting and enjoying immense popularity among social media users.
